Launching a new e-commerce site for award winning sustainable period products
We worked with Co-Founders Alec and Celia to help launch their new e-commerce site for their reusable applicator and organic tampon range. Our focus was on their shopper experience and making sure consumers understood DAME’s mission.
We hosted a user focus group to understand opinions and attitudes about the product and the gut reactions to how it looked and sounded.
We then used this to to inform our brief as to what the e-commerce experience needed to look, say and do, and created the initial site user flows and wireframes of the site’s layout.
